Refund policy
If you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit for items that are in new, unused condition. They must be in their original packaging or have their original tags and must be returned within 14 days of purchase in store. For online orders, the return ship date must be within the 14 day return window.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
Store credit must be used within 1 year of issue.
We understand the need to try on apparel and will issue refunds or exchanges on items that are returned back to us within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags or packaging. Apparel includes clothing, footwear, hats, scarves and gloves but does not include handbags or other small accessories.
All returns must be pre-approved by Wilderhouse.
Before shipping back your return, send us an email and let us know which item you are returning. For most items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
Perishable goods such as food, plants/flowers, perfume and body products cannot be returned.
All sale items, vintage, and fine jewelry are final sale unless authorized by us.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped from our Chicago location usually within one to three business days of the order being placed.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. We ship Tuesday - Saturday. All orders placed Sunday and Monday will ship the following Tuesday.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
Wilderhouse is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. In these instances, Wilderhouse is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.
Shipping within the United States
We ship with UPS to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders overs $300 will require signature for delivery.
Shipping Internationally
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at check out. Wilderhouse is not responsible for extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations. Some international shipments may experience delays in customs. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or delays. Please contact your local customs office for any additional information.
