This rice scoop is crafted from locally sourced Azusa birch wood in Hiroshima, highlighting exceptional craftsmanship. Each scoop is hand-polished by skilled artisans, resulting in a smooth finish free from coatings. To prevent rice from sticking and to make serving easier, soak the scoop in water before use. After using the scoop, gently wash it, remove any remaining rice, and allow it to dry completely.
