Both versatile and noticeable, the bucket basket can be used to hold rubbish in the bathroom, umbrellas at the front door or potted plants in any room. Strong, durable and thoughtfully woven in the rich seasonal colors and handcrafted by women artisans from the Batoro tribe living in mountains of Western Uganda.
These weavers are a part of a cooperative that provides training to single mothers, widows and other marginalized women who are subsistence farmers and weave baskets to provide additional income.
