The Antonia Vase was designed to create a balanced tabletop or floor arrangement that is dramatic and oversized. August Sage is inspired by minimalism, organic shapes and Wabi-Sabi living. The matte finish and earth hue and texture of their pieces are the result of these influences. The vase's interior is glazed, making it water tight.
6" wide x 14" tall
Each vase by August Sage is hand-thrown which results in slight variations. It takes approximately a week from start to finish by seven artisans in their Tonalá, pueblo workshop with traditional Guadalajara techniques. The area is known as the heart of Mexican ceramic heritage.
