Mifuko partnered with Finnish designer Hanna Anonen who designed a series of five candle holders that can be either stacked or used individually. These beautiful candleholders create just the right atmosphere for your home. With a stylish and high-quality finish, they are lovely used as a pair or elegant on their own. They can be used for tea lights, tapers or pillar candles.
Made from soapstone, they are truly unique as each one has small variations color and stone pattern. Depending on which part of the stone the piece was carved, the surface will also vary. These features are just part of what makes them unique.

In Swahili, mifuko means pocket, and Mifuko ensures no one is left with empty pockets. For the artisans in Kenya, Ethiopia, Tansania and Ghana it means fair pay, empowerment and less dependence on unpredictable farming as a source of income. Mifuko is guided by their core values in everything they do: unique, joyful and socially responsible. With timeless design and high-quality materials, they want their products to bring joy for a long time and at the end of their lifecycle, they can be recycled in an environmentally friendly way. Just as every one of their artisans is unique so are the products he or she makes.
